It is possible to exchange or return the purchased goods. To make a return request, you must login in the customer area on https://www.e-napolistore.it/it/account, click on the "order history" tab, select the order and request the return of one or more products. The goods must be returned in their entirety and still with a tag. The maximum time to request a return does not exceed 30 days from receipt of the goods. Napolistore can return by bank transfer or issue a credit for the price paid by the customer for the purchase of the goods, within 30 days of their receipt.

1-After sending the return request, the status of the case will change to "Waiting for confirmation", in a short time an operator will evaluate the case and eventually contact the customer.

2-In case of acceptance of the return, the status of the file will change to "Awaiting the package" and it will be possible to follow the file by clicking on the "Product Return" tab or by clicking on the link https://www.e-napolistore.it/it/ follow-order.

3-Print the return slip by clicking on "Print" and insert it in the package / envelope containing the product to be returned.

4-The buyer will receive an email where he will be able to book for FREE the collection of the package directly on the GLS website with a few clicks. During the procedure it is possible to indicate the day and time you prefer, at the end of the procedure GLS will send an email with a document to be printed that must be provided to the courier together with the package.

RETURN AND CHANGE

The customer can return the products within 14 working days after delivery of goods.

The withdrawal must be communicated to Napolistore with a list of items to be returned and / or replace, by registered mail with return receipt, in advance by email (helpdesk@e-napolistore.it).

The costs of delivery of the products to return and / or replacement shall be borne by the customer. Napolistore return by bank the price paid by the customer for the purchase of the goods, within 30 days of receipt.

RIGHT TO RETURN

Italian law (art. 5 Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999) states that the consumer acting for purposes unrelated to his business - retailers and companies are excluded - can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller, as required by law, and get a refund or replacement. REFOUND AND REPLACEMENTS

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS

The maximum time limits for forwarding requests and complaints are as follows:

  • 15 days for claims relating to defective goods, missing or not corresponding to the order.
  • 3 MONTHS for requests concerning shipments or deliveries (not received package, stored package, delivery problems, etc.).
  • 6MONTHS for requests concerning payment transactions or refunds.

APPLICABLE LAW

The regulation in force and applicable to purchases of e-napolistore.it is that of the Italian Republic. Any dispute concerning the marketing of the products of the site, the jurisdiction is 'that of the court of Naples.
