TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The website www.e-napolistore.com is managed by Le Sette Sorelle Srls , with registered office at Via On. Francesco Napolitano 35 – 80035 Nola (NA) , VAT number 10414311216 , PEC lesettesorellesrls@pec.it .
Purchasing products through the website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale , which govern the relationship between Le Sette Sorelle Srls (hereinafter "Napolistore") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer").


2. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

  • Only adults can make purchases.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.

  • The purchase procedure is guided: you select products, size and quantity, add them to the cart and complete the order by indicating the shipping address and payment method.

  • Submitting the order constitutes a purchase offer .

  • The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation via email, which contains the tracking number.

  • Napolistore may refuse or cancel orders in the following cases: product unavailability, failure to pay, incomplete or incorrect data, suspected fraud, or obvious pricing error.

  • In case of unavailability of a product, the Customer will be informed and may accept partial delivery or request a refund of the relevant amount.


3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

  • Personalized products (e.g., jerseys with a name, number, patch, or text of your choice) require advance payment and are not refundable or replaceable , except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Napolistore reserves the right to refuse customizations containing offensive language, registered trademarks, or elements contrary to public morals.

  • Customizations are made at the customer's request; any changes to the team or player number after the order has been placed do not entitle the customer to a refund.


4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping is done via the express courier DHL.

  • Indicative delivery times:

    • Italy: 24–48 hours

    • Europe: 48–72 hours

    • Outside the EU: from 3 business days

  • For customized products, the lead times may be longer.

  • Shipping costs vary by country and payment method; they are always visible before order confirmation.

  • In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the costs of "shipping", "return", and "customs for re-entry" will be deducted from the refund.

  • All deliveries are made within 30 days of order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure.


5. SITE REGISTRATION

  • Registration is free and required to purchase.

  • The Customer must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.

  • Creating more than one account per person is prohibited.

  • The login credentials are personal and non-transferable.

  • In case of misuse of the account, Napolistore may suspend or delete it.


6. PAYMENT METHODS

Napolistore accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Carta Sì) via the secure Paypal system.


7. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT .

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically before order confirmation.

  • Any customs duties or taxes for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • In case of refusal of the goods or non-delivery, the shipping and customs costs will be charged.


8. BILLING

Invoice requests must be sent simultaneously with the order via the shipping notes, indicating all tax details. Subsequent requests will not be accepted.


9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Returns must be requested online via the "Order History and Details" section or by email to info@e-napolistore.com .

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and original packaging .

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products , sealed goods that have been opened, or items intended for intimate contact .

10. LEGAL WARRANTY

  • The products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity .

  • In case of a defect, the customer can request repair, replacement, or a refund .

  • The report must be made within 2 months of the discovery of the defect .

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or negligence.


11. PRIVACY

Personal data are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and current legislation.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

  • The contract is governed by Italian law .

  • In case of disputes:

    • If the Customer is a consumer residing in Italy, the competent court is the one located in the place of residence or domicile;

    • In all other cases, the Court of Naples has exclusive jurisdiction.
